Karen and Neil | Wedding in Gibraltar and Marbella
- I met Karen and Neil in Tarifa, a little while before their wedding. We enjoyed a glass of wine and I was really excited to be their wedding photographer. Karen and Neil are such a great couple and really down to earth. They have been together for many years and are still like teenagers in love! I was really looking forward to their day and it certainly lived up to my expectations.
- Karen was getting ready at the O’Callaghan hotel in Gibraltar. With two ceremonies ahead, there was going to be lots to photograph. Karen looked gorgeous as the finishing touches were applied to her look, and we set off to the Botanical Gardens for the ceremony. Karen and Neil were having a legal ceremony in Gibraltar and then a blessing a little later at Tikitano in Estepona. The ceremony was set in lush gardens, surrounded by nature – it was a beautiful setting. With their nearest and dearest, there were tears all round as Karen and Neil became Mr and Mrs!
- The wedding party then set off to Tikitano in Estepona. A fabulous venue, which prides itself on its exquisite food and professionalism. The views are incredible, overlooking the sea and surrounded by stunning gardens. The interior boasts an impressive dining area and it was all set, ready for the party. But with another ceremony before the celebrations, it was now time for the blessing. Karen and Neil arrived together wearing big smiles – it was another beautiful moment. Their boys had some kind words to say too, and in the end there weren’t many dry eyes at this wedding. The sun was setting and the guests enjoyed some cocktails before they were seated for their banquet.
- After dinner, no time was wasted getting the party started, but not before an incredible, emotional musical surprise and some hilarious speeches. The dance floor was packed, as the guests gave it their all, and Karen and Neil were having the happiest wedding day they could ever have imagined.
- It was a pleasure to be part of their day and lovely to meet their incredible kids, I wish them all the best for their future.
